The firm provides business consulting services including coordination of Australian company registration processes, compliance reminders, workforce and HR process advisory, briefings on local operating policy, and cross-border trade-related commercial support. Income is derived from professional fees agreed in scope documents. We do not describe ourselves as a financial institution, customs broker, or immigration agent unless separately licensed activities are undertaken by qualified third parties engaged by the client.
Clients remain responsible for ultimate accuracy of information lodged with ASIC and other agencies. Where we assist with preparation, the client reviews and approves content before submission unless another arrangement is documented. Directors of client companies retain statutory duties independent of any consulting support we provide.
Official correspondence may be directed to our Burwood suite where registered office arrangements apply and are contractually confirmed. Banks, lessors, and government agencies may request confirmation of business address or existence. We respond within scope and authorisation, typically requiring client consent. Verification letters describe factual office location and entity name without implying credit endorsement or guarantee of ongoing solvency.
Corporate records created during engagements are retained according to internal schedules and law. Clients should maintain their own statutory registers and financial records independently. Upon engagement end, handover includes copies agreed in scope; destruction follows retention policy unless law requires longer storage.
Clients should maintain their own business insurance appropriate to activities. Our engagements are consulting in nature; insurance particulars for the firm are available on request during due diligence where relevant to procurement processes.
Tax invoices follow Australian requirements as advised by your tax agent. Engage us with purchase order references if your accounts payable requires them.
We conduct proportionate identity verification for consulting engagements. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may prevent acceptance of instructions. This protects the firm and compliant clients.
Client files, scope versions, and billing records are kept for the period stated in our Privacy Policy.
