Burwood NSW
Level 5 commercial suite—meetings, sign-offs, and registered office where scoped.
Burwood suite
Level 5 at 11–15 Deane Street hosts meetings, document sign-offs, and registered office arrangements where scope permits. Gallery and directions pages cover access detail.
The office is within a multi-tenant commercial building offering professional services accommodation. It is not a retail shopfront open to unscheduled public trade. Meeting rooms and administrative workstations support consulting deliverables, document review, and executed correspondence. Clients should expect standard commercial building access procedures.
Registered office availability is assessed case-by-case. Factors include entity profile, expected official mail volume, and whether activities align with permitted use of the address. Agreements, if any, specify how mail is received and forwarded. Misuse or failure to maintain statutory obligations may terminate arrangements per contract.
Attendance and phone coverage generally follow Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Australian Eastern Time, excluding public holidays. Confirm Business Hours before visiting from interstate or overseas.
Suite use complies with building by-laws and fire codes. Clients attending meetings must follow manager directions during drills. Storage of client goods on site is not offered unless explicitly agreed for mail handling only.
Burwood hosts diverse retail and professional services. Nearby amenities support day meetings; clients planning full-day workshops should arrange catering independently. We do not operate hospitality services.
Professional conduct is expected in shared lifts and lobbies. Mobile phone conversations should be brief and low volume. Harassment of building staff or other tenants is grounds for termination of client access.
Evacuation routes are posted in the building. During drills, follow wardens’ instructions and do not use lifts. Re-entry occurs only when authorised by building management.
Where mail services apply, items are logged upon receipt. Forwarding frequency and fees are defined in agreements. Statutory documents receive priority handling when identified. Unidentified bulk advertising may be discarded per agreement terms.
Level 5 placement signals commercial tenancy within a multi-tenant building. The suite includes meeting space, administrative workstations, and secure storage for active files. It is not a co-working hot desk open to the public. Activities align with business consulting, corporate administration support, and scheduled client conferences.
When a client’s proprietary company lists this address as registered office with ASIC, statutory documents may be served in accordance with law. Handling rules—scanning, forwarding frequency, authorised recipients—are documented in service agreements. Clients must notify us of director and contact changes promptly. Using the address on marketing without understanding registered office limitations can mislead; we clarify during registration discussions.
Burwood provides transport links and professional services nearby without requiring CBD parking for every meeting. Clients visiting Sydney for short trips often combine our meetings with bank or adviser appointments they arrange separately. We do not provide travel booking services.
Burwood links to rail and arterial roads west of the CBD—suitable for clients across greater Sydney.
