Appointment-Only Attendance

Walk-in consultations are not available. Scheduling ensures appropriate personnel, document preparation, and privacy for commercial discussions. When you confirm a time, we provide suite level details and any identification requirements for building access. If you are overseas, we can conduct initial discovery by telephone or video where scope permits, followed by in-person meetings when you arrive in Sydney.

What to Bring

For registration or compliance matters, bring government-issued identification and any existing corporate documents (constitution, register extracts, prior ASIC correspondence). For HR or policy sessions, role descriptions, draft contracts, or offshore policy manuals help us contextualise recommendations. For trade-related discussions, supply supply-chain diagrams, incoterms used, and banking correspondence status—redacted where necessary.

Registered Office and Correspondence

Some clients explore registered office arrangements associated with our Level 5 suite. Eligibility depends on entity type, activity profile, and volume of official mail. We do not promise suitability for every business; assessment occurs during intake. Official correspondence handling rules, if applicable, are documented in scope. Address particulars, directions, and suite photos are on Office Location, Address & Level 5, and Office Gallery.

Transport and Local Amenities

Burwood is serviced by rail and bus connections linking to the Sydney CBD and inner west. Clients typically allow additional time for parking during business hours. We recommend arriving ten minutes early for security or lift access procedures that vary by building management. Directions and map references are consolidated on Map & Directions.

Business hours

Standard attendance windows follow Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Australian Eastern Time, excluding public holidays. Confirm holiday closures before travelling. See Business Hours for detail.

Security and Confidentiality

Visitors should not photograph other tenants’ signage or confidential materials visible in shared areas. Discuss sensitive matters inside meeting spaces. We provide disposal options for draft papers clients leave behind intentionally.

After Your Visit

Follow-up emails summarise agreed actions and outstanding information. If you discover missing documents within five business days, contact us promptly to reschedule review before lodgement preparation advances on incomplete facts.

Building Access Cards

Temporary visitor passes, if issued, remain building property. Loss may incur replacement fees payable by visitors per building rules. Return passes at reception after meetings.

Materials to Prepare for Registration Meetings

Bring identification, proposed names, shareholder percentages, and offshore corporate extracts if applicable. For HR meetings, bring draft role descriptions. For trade meetings, supply supply-chain diagrams and sample invoices—redacted if needed.

Accessibility and Support Persons

Clients may attend with accountants, lawyers, or interpreters at their expense. We address the authorised client representative; advisers participate when helpful. Notify us in advance of any accessibility requirement so building and suite arrangements can be confirmed with management.
